On the completion date, we receive the remortgage funds from your new lender.

Repay Existing Mortgage
We use the funds to discharge your current mortgage with your existing lender.

Release Remaining Funds
Any remaining remortgage funds are transferred to you.

Register New Mortgage
We submit documents to the Property Registration Authority to register the new mortgage and discharge the old one.

Send Title Documents to Lender
Once registration is complete, we forward all title documents to your new lender’s legal and securities department.
