Agree Sale & Pay Deposit
A sale price is agreed, and the buyer pays a booking deposit to the auctioneer.

Instruct Your Solicitor
You formally appoint us to act on your behalf and complete a vendor questionnaire. We also outline the required documents for closing.

Obtain Title Documents
We request the title documents from your lending institution.

Sale Agreed Notice Issued
The auctioneer confirms the agreed closing date, deposit paid, and inventory of included contents.

Issue Contracts
Once we receive your title documents, we send the contract for sale and relevant title and planning documents to the buyer’s solicitor.

Respond to Buyer’s Queries
The buyer’s solicitor reviews the contract and raises any pre-contract questions regarding the title and planning.

Sign Contracts & Finalise Sale
The buyer signs the contract, and once you sign as well, the sale becomes legally binding.

Address Final Legal Queries
The buyer’s solicitor submits formal requisitions on title, which we complete before closing.

Completion Day
The buyer pays the balance of the sale price, and the keys are handed over.

Mortgage Discharge & Fund Transfer
We discharge your mortgage from the sale proceeds and transfer the remaining balance to you.
